Local Management Boards (LMBs) are local authorities established in State statute (Article 49D, Sec 11) to assess, plan, prioritize and monitor a local interagency system of services, with the exception of public mental health services, for children, youth and their families. One of their key missions is to improve the quality of life and service delivery system for children, youth and families in the region.
